Room Service**

• Some days call for a delicious lunch in the comfort of your room or a pre-dinner cocktail on your balcony.  Just call for room service.  Food served daily from 10:30am-17.30pm.  Drinks served from 10:30am-10:00pm (guests are welcome to take drinks from the bar to their rooms)

We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking, but due to the small size of our hotel and limited availability, the following policies apply:

Minimum Stay

• 7-night minimum stay required.

Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount (or the equivalent of one night's stay) is required to confirm all bookings. Payment can be made via card or bank transfer.

Payment

• The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. We accept most major credit/debit cards and cash in EUR. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Bank transfers (details available upon request) must be completed before arrival.

• Deposits: Non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
• Date Reductions: If dates are shortened after confirmation, the reduced days will be charged at 100%.
• Cancellation: If cancelled less than 90 days before arrival, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
• Early Check-Out: No refunds for early departure.
• Guests are responsible for their own travel arrangements and insurance. Hotel Sol is not responsible for flight availability, cancellations, or changes, and due to limited availability, alternative arrangements may not be possible.

To modify or cancel your booking, please contact us directly. If you booked via a travel agent, please reach out to them for changes or cancellations.

• 10€ per room per night, not included in room rates, payable upon arrival.

• We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any potential claims. We can provide documentation if needed.

• All rates include 13% VAT, government taxes, buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, private underground parking, beach sun loungers with waiter service, pool loungers, and access to the guest-only mini-gym.
• Check-In: From 15:00 | Check-Out: By 11:00
• Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to a fee.

• Extra beds and baby cots are available on request, depending on room type. 
• 0-5 years: First child free, second child +20% of room rate.
• 6 years and above: +20% of room rate.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times, including in the rooms.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Private underground car park available for guests. Use is at the car owner’s risk.

• Only food and drink purchased at The Old Garden may be consumed at the beach and pool loungers.

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property. Charges will apply for repairs or replacements.

• We require personal information for bookings (name, email, phone, address). This information is used solely for your booking and will not be shared. Payment information will be deleted after processing.
